A STEADY INCREASE
At the beginning of the year ( Feburary of 2007) The Lord gave us a Prophetic Word about powers and principalities, about mindsets.  He gave us a Word about the economy of this area, this region. (Yakima and Central Washington)  He said, "While the economy fluctuates all around you, I will create a steady up climb in this city.  I'm going to give you signs of Life, that I am with you!   I'm laying a foundation!  The Spirit of The Lord says, "While things will fluctuate around you, there will be a steadiness of economical increase." {Click here for newspaper article (Fruition of Prophecy)}

THE HABITATION OF GOD
That is just a small demonstration of what it means to go into a desert and release the intentions of God and release the Voice of God.  It literally bombards the heavens!!!  What you are doing is releasing The Mind of God!!!  That's the key, that's what prophetic declaration is!  When you do that, all of a sudden, there are limitations that are placed upon the enemy in high places because there is a direct link to a demonic power and principality to the habitation!  You break that link, and there is no power!!!   Not only is that true with the enemy but it works the same in a sense with God. God must have a habitation through which to express and establish His Kingdom!  He must inhabit His people.  God is saying, "Now I am beginning to inhabit My people in a way that they have not allowed Me to inhabit them before!"

There's a generation that is rising up out of the dust.  It seems like the dust is keeping them from moving into the expression of their inheritance, of their intended purpose in God, but the dust cannot hold them down.  That means the humanity, the flesh, the beastly nature, is not going to keep them from moving into the purpose and calling of God for their life.

FIVE CITIES OF GRACE
"A small indication that I would even say to you right now, not one city, two cities, three cities but five cities that would come together within this State (Washington) and are beginning to form even now.  For I tell you that indiscreetly,

and I tell you that unknowingly, that even in this place where you are, five cities entered into this place, five cities entered into this room."  The Spirit of The Lord says, "Why, because there is a connection between those five.  There is a connection that has manifested My Grace and has

given room to those to mature and to grow up even though there were words, there were sounds, it is true; there were some that were running out of space; and running out of time."

RESURRECTION POWER
The Spirit of The Lord says, "So I looked for the worship, and I looked for the sound that is making room for those to come up out of the ground!  Did I not tell you that a Resurrection would occur even in this time and in this season for those, that you thought were dead, would rise from the grave.  They will rise up into another mind, into another heart.  They will rise up in a demonstration of My Resurrection Power."

The Spirit of The Lord says, "Now it is upon you, for there is a Resurrection that is upon this land!  There is a Resurrection that is upon this State!  There is a Resurrection that is upon even this Nation!!!  Yes, so let them prod, but I tell you that the principalities of the air have been limited; and they are being limited even more.  But I must find those that will let Me inhabit them-- inhabit their mind, inhabit their heart and let Me do the work that I intended to do.  I will have it!!  The question is, will I have it through you, will I have it in you?!  I have gone from generation to generation and desired it to be in you and in you and in you!!"

The Spirit of The Lord says, "Just as I promised in Hebrews as a Word was spoken that The Promise still remains, and so it remains; will it be you?!"  The Spirit of The Lord says, "So you decide; will it be you, will it be you as you have declared this day:  ‘I want to move further into this place!"   We say, "Yes, let it be those who hunger and thirst for You; that desire You!!!  Let it be us!!!"

THE ISSUE OF CHARACTER
There is a character issue that is going on in the land.  God is looking for people that will walk in the Rightness of The Spirit!  He's looking for people that will prefer others over themselves.  He's looking for people of that mind and of that heart.  There is a depth, a measure, of The Kingdom of God that has not been released. We live in a society where we think that people just want to see more power, but in truth, they want to see more character.  They want to see the character of God!  They want to see people be Godly outside of a meeting.  They want to see people under pressure acting like God and not just like human beings.  They want to know that there is a Force strong enough to keep them in good character, to keep them in a good posture of The Spirit of God!!!

When they see the enemy inhabiting, it is because of poor character.  There have been certain powers and principalities moving in kingdoms of the world because of character issues.  Now, when I rise up in the character of God and make choices that might not even work for me, where I might not gain something (the greater gain is to let it go), I let The Kingdom of God rise up and come forth.  I'm disarming, I'm coming against something.  Now the habitation of the character of the enemy is being broken.  You will begin to see things changing in the land because people will act out the Godly character of Jesus Christ regardless of the cost!!!

LAYING THE AXE TO THE ROOT OF THE TREE
"Many of you in the place right now and even in this land have been dealing with dark issues, dark issues of the past and dark issues behind closed doors!"  The Spirit of The Lord says, "You have been hearing a word (via prophet) about the month of May, about the victory that would come forth in the month of May!  I tell you now that it is the end of those dark issues that the enemy has been plaguing you with, and that the enemy has been tempting you with." 

The Spirit of The Lord says, "Would you take opportunity even now, for there is, in this moment, a window that is opening up to you in The Spirit.  Why, because I would lay the axe to the root.  I'm laying the axe to the shame; I'm laying the axe to the root of the enemy that has been working inside of you.  I'm cutting that down, yes, I am removing a spirit of shame; I'm removing a spirit of intimidation!  Know this; the things that you have been tempted with, the things that you have been warring with, I tell you, that even the spirit of temptation is being broken down. 

BREAKING THE SPIRIT OF CONTROL
The things that pulled you and the things that had a hold of you will not be able to keep you, and they will not be able to retain you!!!  You will be able to resist them!!!  Why, because there is a submission now for those who would submit to God.  Come to Me and resist the enemy!!!  He will flee!!!"

"Get ready because now the spirit of control is being broken.  There is a religion that is being broken.  There is a manipulation that is being broken.  There is a blindness that is being broken.  There is a Resurrection Power that is rising up!!!  Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see their God!!!  Others would say, ‘No it is time to see death,' but I say, No it's time to see God!!!  It's time to see The Glory of The Lord!!!"

EXPOSING THE HIDDEN BUNKERS OF THE ENEMY
I see bunkers of war that are being exposed right now both in the natural and in the spirit.  Bunkers in the natural being exposed where the enemy has been in hiding and has been causing devastation, bunkers that will be exposed.  I see bunkers of the enemy, habitations, which he has been hiding in; and he has been trying to demonstrate death in.  The Spirit of The Lord says, "I'm exposing those bunkers, but I will not destroy the bunker for the bunker is the vessel that I have chosen for this time and this hour and this season."  I say, "Rise up now!!  Rise up now!!  No more debunking, no more debunking in the land.  No more debunking in this area.  No more debunking in the Northwest."  For The Spirit of The Lord says, "Watch for I am exposing the bunkers of the night; and there will be a great exposure that will begin to rise!!!"
